This is Halifax Bowling Club

Halifax Bowling Club is blessed in many ways and one of them is having two outside Crown Greens. This enables the club to put out 31 various mixed, ladies only and men only teams into 11 different leagues every week, 6 days of the week.

There is also ample time for social bowling and improvers bowling in and amongst the league bowling. We are also popular with local and Yorkshire leagues as a venue for all types of competition, usually at the weekend.

Our greens are open all year, weather permitting, and this has enabled us to run an Outdoor Winter League, once a week, which is proving very popular with teams of 4 players.

We are always on the lookout for new club members and players so why don't you come along to view our excellent facilities and meet new friends.

Facilities

Club facilities are here for members and are also used by a number of different societies.

Crown Greens

Two crown greens in superb condition surrounded by pleasant border are the star attraction of the club. Plenty of seating around the greens for you to relax, spectate or weigh up the competition.

Indoor Bowling Hall

The indoor bowling hall has two carpeted lanes and hosts a number of internal leagues as well as access to social bowling.

Lounge and Bar

There is a lounge which has a well stocked bar with an attached conservatory where you can see the bowling greens.

Games Room

With a quality full size snooker table, dominoes, cards and a selection of other games.

Member's Kitchen

A well equipped kitchen that is available for members to use.

Parking

The club has ample parking space. The car park is secure, level tarmacadam.
